How much does 1-2-1 coaching cost?
Because everyone’s training plan is different, there is no set fee for 1-2-1 coaching. However, we can charge for training on a per-session basis, or offer a package of sessions, or create a monthly fee for your coaching – whatever works best for you.
What does 1-2-1 coaching include?
An initial consultation
With your coach to create a regimen tailored to your current fitness, existing injuries, limitations and goals.
A personalised plan
A personalised fitness and nutrition plan including your training inside and outside the gym.
Coaching at a location to suit you. We recommend training three times a week, but we are realistic about how busy modern life is!
Outstanding support via email or text from some of the best certified coaches in the industry.
We’ll be there to provide motivation every step of the way to keep you on track to hit your goals.
