Q-Phiit is a premium health & fitness brand, where our goal is to improve your quality of life through our regularly run boxing-based boot camps, personal coaching, online coaching, nutrition plans, fitness products and more.

Q-Phiit was founded in 2018 by Rhys Mitchell, based on his experience as a competitive amateur boxer and personal trainer. Q-Phiit has grown rapidly from simple fitness class sessions to offer a range of fitness and training programmes based around boxing. Our growth comes from a devotion to producing innovative, effective programming, our ever-expanding social presence, and above all a commitment to the Q-Phiit vision:

Rhys Mitchell

Founder and Head Coach

Rhys is the creator and founder of Q-Phiit and one of the driving forces behind its success.

Rhys has a vision of changing the fitness industry by helping more people with limited time to work out and improve their fitness. As a competitive amateur boxer and elite personal trainer, he has learnt and adopted many styles of training which he now implements into his coaching.

Rhys’ training programs motivate and encourage people not just to achieve their goals but to exceed them, and to improve their lifestyles by providing a disciplined, simple and creative training concept. He believes that timing is a key component in achieving goals and making fitness accessible to everyone.

Emily Haddow-Mendes

Boxing Coach

Emily discovered a passion for boxing and fitness training in 2012. She trained with a number of experienced coaches in Devon and is dedicated to becoming a great boxer and learning how to supplement boxing & strength training, gaining speed and power and improving herself as an athlete.

Emily has worked in the fitness industry for 3 years, specialising in boxing technique and bodyweight training. She will work with you on every aspect of your fitness, starting with your weaknesses and working up, giving you a strong foundation of strength and a thorough understanding of your body. Emily has coached boxing with all kinds of clients, from absolute beginners to amateur fighters, and can help you on footwork, defence, and everything in-between.

Literally my favourite class to go to! The instructors are very creative and motivating whilst pushing you to be your best! They are genuinely great guys who care just as much about your progress as you do, if not more so! Classes vary every week so you are constantly being challenged. The exercises are innovative and I am always feeling like I’ve had a proper workout the next day! Would 100% recommend 🙂
