Emily first got into training 8 years ago through boxing where she trained with a number of experienced coaches in devon, sparking a passion for the sport and fitness. She instantly dedicated her time learning how to be a great boxer and how to supplement boxing & strength training gaining speed and power improving herself as an athlete.
With years of boxing experience and strength training, Emily is always looking to learn more and become better and stronger. She has worked in the fitness industry for 3 years, specialising in boxing technique and bodyweight training. She will work with you from your weaknesses and up, so you have an all over strong foundation and understanding of your body.
