Our experienced and compassionate coaching team knows that there are a variety of fitness coaching businesses to choose from. That is why we are constantly improving, optimizing, and updating our fitness programs to best suit the needs of our clients.  While Q-Phiit may be a business, the most important thing to us is our customers experience and the health and well-being of our clients. Before you work with one of our dedicated coaches we will conduct an initial consultation to create a regimen that is specifically tailored for you and your goals. Your plan will take into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition. You will then be guided through the entire program, which includes your training inside and outside the gym, your diet and your lifestyle. This program is supplemented by our outstanding support services from some of the best coaches in the industry.

Coaching that integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways is oftentimes the most effective type of one to one coaching. This includes options such as boxing, strength and mobility sessions as well as cardiovascular exercise and sports performance. You can choose to purchase sessions, packages or pay monthly (no membership fee) and, while we recommend you commit to at least three sessions a week, we’re realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule.

Designed to be progressive and challenging, the plan will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile. 4 week boxing bootcamps

Boxing boot camp is a 4-week conditioning program that combines metabolic-boosting workouts, motivational coaching, and nutritional guidance to help our participants increase lean muscle mass, reduce body fat, increase strength and stamina,  and improve overall health.  Our goal is to help you discover a fitness lifestyle. In this four week period you will develop your fitness levels, improve your boxing technique, footwork, combinations, fitness and defence in 12  sessions. More sessions can be added through following our online workout plans for individuals who want to push themselves even more.
