Is your session Covid 19 safe?
We follow government guidelines to maintain a safe environment for all our members. We sanitise all our equipment between sessions, and maintain social distancing at all our sessions. We also screen our clients to ensure they’re well before starting our training sessions, and keep a register so we can contact anyone if we think they may have been in contact with someone who has the virus. What happens if I miss a session?
Don’t panic! Online workouts can be provided if you can’t attend a session, and we maintain close contact with all our clients so we can keep everyone updated on anything they have missed.
Will I have to fight?
No. All our sessions are non-contact, so you won’t be sparring with anyone.
How soon will I see the results of my training?
If you commit to the programme and work hard, you should start to see results very quickly. But don’t feel disheartened if you don’t – everyone’s body is different and for some people it takes longer to see visible results. Rest assured, every workout is doing your body good!
Will I tone up my muscles?
Yes, all our sessions are full body, fat burning and strengthening workouts that will help you to tone up.
I don't have any boxing equipment. Will some be provided?

Can I join your classes if I’ve never boxed before?
Yes! We offer programs for all levels of fitness and experiences. See more about our classes here.
Will I be able to keep up with the workouts?
Although our sessions are designed to be challenging, we aim to adapt and have alternatives so that each person can progress at their own pace.

How many sessions would you recommend a week?
We recommend attending at least 3 sessions a week consistently to see improvement – which is why we run 3 sessions each week. But the right training regime for you will also depend on your individual fitness and your goals.
How long are the workout sessions?
Our current sessions run for 60 minutes, including warm up and warm down.
Are your group sessions mixed gender?
Yes, all sessions are open to all genders.
Do you offer vegan/ vegetarian food plans?
Yes. Our food plans can be adjusted to fit individual requirements.
