What you can expect?
Bespoke exercise programme
We create a fully personalised 90-day training programme for you encompassing every aspect of exercise science that will allow you to achieve your goals as swiftly as possible. The plan outlines sessions of either 20 or 40 minutes, 3-5 days a week, so you can keep working on your fitness regularly.
Every workout for the month is clearly planned out – so you can understand each exercise, repetitions, rest periods and what equipment to use. This way we can accurately predict your progress, and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part.
Direct access to your coach
Our online coaching gives you direct access to world-class coaches, wherever you are – something it’s very hard to replicate with in-person training sessions. Our coaches use their experience to keep you motivated, disciplined and focused on your goals. Your job is to bring commitment and dedication to the programme – anything else will be a waste of your money and time.
Our main concern is getting you on the right track to create enduring healthy eating habits. After conducting our first assessment we will discuss your eating habits and look at how we can make positive changes.
Exclusive Q‑Phiit Community
You will be invited to join our private community group staffed by Q-Phiit coaches, where you will have the chance to:
